1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. What Runic is
A personal execution system: natural-language logging, structured tracking across eight life domains, goal and skill planning, and daily review, built and operated solely by Ogbonnah William Ikechukwu.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account.
4. Subscription and billing
Runic is subscription-based, billed through Dodo Payments acting as Merchant of Record. Founding Member pricing is locked for life at the rate active when you subscribe. A 14-day free trial applies, card required upfront. You can cancel anytime from Settings.
5. Rune-generated content isn't professional advice
Rune generates suggestions (goal plans, skill roadmaps, study material) from a language model. These are general suggestions, not verified facts, and not medical, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Where specifics matter, confirm them against a real source before relying on them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Runic to store or process content that's illegal, don't attempt to access another user's data, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Your content
You own everything you log. Runic doesn't claim ownership of it, and only accesses it to run the product for you.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Runic is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Runic isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law

11. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
