Refund Policy

Full refund, no questions asked, within the first 30 days of either tier, Founding Member or Standard.

How to request one

Email skyalpha283@gmail.com within 30 days of your charge. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments back to your original payment method.

What happens to your account

Your account is locked, not deleted, when you cancel or receive a refund. Your data stays exactly as you left it. You can resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off, or delete your account and data permanently yourself from Settings.

Free trial

Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial from Settings and you won't be charged.
